HonorBridge is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning, implementation, and optimization of core technology solutions across healthcare partners and vendors. You will coordinate IS, Quality, and clinical teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing system optimization.

The role requires overseeing projects from initiation through completion, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA/HITECH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience leading technology implementations, integrations, and deployments.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and vendor relationship management.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA/HITECH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic liaison between IS, Quality, clinical and operational teams, hospital partners, and vendors.
• Manage complex healthcare technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and change management activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure system adoption and optimization.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and deliverables.
