Job summary

ELLKAY is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare technology implementations across product lines. As the primary client-facing contact, you will plan, coordinate, and execute projects from kickoff through deployment, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, experience in EMRs, HL7, APIs, FHIR, and a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare/health IT.
• Experience leading healthcare client implementations and interoperability projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Track status, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Capture meeting notes and drive clear accountability.
• Manage scope changes and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure smooth handoff to support post-implementation.
