Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from home office, with travel to meet clients and stakeholders. You will plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT/healthcare IT project management, strong communication, and PACS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management.
• PMP certification is not required, but will be for the next level PM.
• CAPM will be considered along with overall project management experience.
• Experience with Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow.
• Ability to work independently with little guidance and supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project Management and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and stakeholders; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources and coordinate team and vendor efforts to meet plan.
• Create and execute project work plans aligned to the SOW and adapt to changing needs.
• Identify and schedule internal and external resources to meet objectives.
• Manage project team activities to meet schedule, resources, cost, performance and quality goals.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and timely with stakeholders.
• Identify and solve project issues proactively as they arise.
• Identify dependencies and manage the critical path.
• Ensure quality documents for deployment are completed, signed and posted.
• Meet service acceptance and final acceptance deadlines.
