Job summary

Agfa HealthCare, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, deliver, and close Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from a home office with remote North America scope. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers to meet SOW, timelines, and budget while ensuring quality and transparency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT project management within healthcare, strong communication, and knowledge of Radiology PACS workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years IT or healthcare IT project management experience.
• Experience with Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of leading teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and stakeholders.
• Presentation skills for diverse audiences (C-suite to end users).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close healthcare IT and imaging projects.
• Create and manage project work plans aligned to SOW.
• Identify and schedule internal and external resources.
• Lead project team tasks meeting schedule, cost, performance, quality.
• Communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Identify and solve issues proactively.
• Manage dependencies and critical path.
• Ensure quality documents for deployment are completed and posted.
• Meet service and final acceptance deadlines.
