Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects. You will plan, implement, and close projects from initiation to final acceptance, coordinating internal teams and vendors across North America.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years IT project mgmt, knowledge of Radiology PACS/workflows, and strong communication. Travel to client sites may be required, with a home-office setup for field work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Radiology PACS and workflow.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close IT/imaging projects on time and within budget.
• Schedule resources and coordinate internal and vendor teams.
• Define objectives and ensure quality control throughout life cycle.
• Communicate progress clearly with stakeholders and customers.
• Identify, solve, and manage project issues proactively.
• Manage dependencies and critical path.
• Ensure required QA documents are completed and signed.
• Meet Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance deadlines.
