Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from planning through closure. The role requires coordinating internal teams, vendors, and client resources to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, healthcare, or related field
• CAPM certification will be considered along with overall project management experience
• 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Experience with Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow is preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close Healthcare IT and Imaging projects per SOW
• Schedule resources and coordinate with internal/external teams and vendors
• Identify and manage project scope, dependencies, and critical path
• Ensure quality documents are completed, signed, and posted
• Communicate project status to stakeholders effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance milestones
• Travel to meet clients and stakeholders as needed, including evenings/weekends when required
