Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will analyze business needs, gather requirements, and prepare documentation while supporting release management and enterprise IT initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions in healthcare IT. You will extract insights from disparate systems, model data, and craft executive briefs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications and portals.
• Strong written and oral communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Ability to assemble Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents under time pressure.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with Health Care IT, software development, and release best practices.
• Gather requirements, document, work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems to create BI insights for processes and products.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and service areas to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Assist in design reviews, estimations, and operational readiness activities.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and high-profile stakeholders.
• Draft content to tell the story of status, milestones, and challenges.
• Support release management processes and improve related activities.
• Provide end-user documentation and assist with troubleshooting.
