Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience in a related area or pursuing a bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Expected to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Gathers and translates requirements into design and development specifications while supporting product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and applications.
• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to meet business needs.
• Partners with external vendors to support third-party applications and integrations.
• Solves incidents and problems following SLAs and standards.
• Acts as PM for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Collaborates with peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develops training materials for end-users and team members.
• Supports testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
• Participates in team and project meetings to improve information flow.
• Manages ServiceHub demand through minimum viable product delivery and resource planning.
