Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of work experience, or pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience in a related area.
• Epic certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to stakeholders by diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Translates requirements into design and development specifications and supports product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and applications.
