Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications across the lifecycle, including EHR, scheduling, billing, PACS, and more. The role emphasizes remote work with standard 40-hour weeks and a 8am-5pm schedule.

You will analyze requirements, configure and maintain systems, collaborate with vendors, and help develop training materials. Epic certification is encouraged and project work may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of work experience in a related area or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years' experience.
• Epic certification required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Translates requirements into design and development specifications while providing product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems (applications, workflows, processes hardware, etc.).
• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs needed to support the business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party applications including integration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
