The role includes on-site client visits, hands-on troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement through automation and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Bridge user, business and IT; primary contact between business units and technical support teams.
• Lead incident escalation; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority issues.
• Onsite visits to assess system performance and user satisfaction; provide hands-on troubleshooting.
