Qualifications

• BS in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of healthcare IT application support or systems analysis.
• 1–2 years directly supporting a PACE organization or PACE EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Bridge user, business and IT; primary contact between business units and technical support.
• Manage service delivery; ensure application support and engineering meet user expectations.
• Lead incident escalation; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority issues.
• Provide clear status updates to business stakeholders during outages.
• Monitor queues; analyze ticket trends to identify systemic issues.
• Gather business feedback to improve usability and support.
• Stay aware of application changes to update communications.
