Job summary

Revecore seeks a detail‑driven member to support hospital accounts from home. You will update patient records, liaise with hospitals and providers, and help ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.

You will receive extensive training, access to a robust knowledge base, and equipment provided to perform your duties. Strong Excel and Word skills, plus the ability to work independently, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in internal applications
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple software programs simultaneously to complete work.

Responsibilities

• Updates patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follow-up with Contact Specialist.
• Accesses client connections/computer system to obtain information required to update accounts. Monitors requests to ensure they do not age beyond day.
• Performs special projects or tasks as assigned.
• Assist IT in resolving access issues.
