Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail in handling claims and liens.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contacts attorneys and adjusters to follow through on case status and protection; sends bills, liens and other information to attorneys and insurance companies.
• Reviews and works adjuster-only accounts to file liens or track settlements.
• Contacts insurance carriers to verify eligibility and timely filing deadlines; reviews accounts for lien viability and tracks deadlines.
• Reviews accounts to determine if a lien can be filed and transfers to other litigation team members when feasible.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
