Job summary

House Rx, Inc. is hiring a Shared Services Project Manager to enhance access and affordability of specialty meds. You will partner with specialty care clinics and teams to optimize the pharmacy experience during rollout at new customer sites.

You will lead customer calls, drive implementation milestones, and coordinate with sales and program teams to clear blockers. This role seeks a proactive problem solver in a remote-first, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Lead customer facing calls and drive completion of implementation steps.
• Coordinate with sales and program teams to surface progress and blockers.
• Work with clinic partners to optimize credentialing, IT workstreams, and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical operations to streamline workflows with clinic teams.
• Track prescription attainment, troubleshoot carrier issues, and manage work queues.
• Triage PMS platform issues and escalate to internal resources as needed.
• Act as liaison between patient, provider, and operations to resolve issues and delight customers.
• Lead implementation project management through customer calls and timely follow ups.
