Axuall in Cleveland, OH seeks an Engagement Manager to lead customer implementations in healthcare technology, aligning objectives with measurable business outcomes and ROI.

You will build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and drive post‑go‑live optimization to ensure sustained success for healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, engagement management, SaaS, or professional services.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations in healthcare tech.
• Strong PM skills with timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Proven ability to build executive sponsor relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales.
• Experience with change management and user adoption.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing or IT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop implementation strategies, success criteria, and engagement plans.
• Build trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders to align expectations.
• Lead customer implementations with project management discipline across teams.
• Coordinate solution delivery aligning requirements, timelines, and change activities.
• Monitor progress against success criteria and manage risks and issues.
• Lead post-go-live optimization to achieve the Implementation Success Plan.
• Improve methodologies, governance, and standards for quality and scalability.
