Job summary

Axuall is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead customer implementations and ensure healthcare organizations realize value from Axuall’s solutions. You will establish implementation strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive successful delivery aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer success or enterprise software implementations, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS, with strong PM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, engagement management, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience leading complex customer engagements in healthcare tech or SaaS.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus; strong PM fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish implementation strategies aligned with customer objectives and outcomes.
• Build trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders to align expectations and decision-making.
• Lead customer implementations with project management discipline across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate delivery by aligning requirements, readiness, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and change management.
• Measure implementation success and communicate health, risks, and issues clearly.
• Deliver post‑go‑live optimization to achieve the Implementation Success Plan.
• Improve methodologies, governance, and standards for higher delivery quality and scalability.
