Job summary

Axuall is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead customer implementations and ensure healthcare organizations realize value from Axuall’s solutions. You will establish implementation strategy, lead engagements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in customer success or SaaS implementation, excellent communication, and a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or engagement management in healthcare technology or SaaS.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations or professional services engagements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead implementation strategies, success criteria, and engagement plans that align customer objectives with outcomes.
• Build trusted partnerships with executive sponsors and stakeholders to guide decisions and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead customer implementations with cross-functional teams, coordinating governance and execution.
• Coordinate delivery by aligning requirements, timelines, and change management activities across teams.
