Job summary

Access-Information-Management is seeking a Growth Development Representative who can generate qualified pipeline for healthcare clients from clinics to health systems. This remote role works with Revenue Marketing to connect healthcare changes to Access conversations, qualify inbound interest, and prepare Sales for next steps.

You will develop opportunities for Access Unify | Health and records services, understanding legacy EHR archiving, patient data access, and physical records needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales development, or similar roles with proactive outreach.
• Clear phone and written communication, active listening, handling early objections professionally.
• Strong organization, research skills, CRM discipline; manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research healthcare IT and records environments to map stakeholders.
• Prioritize accounts using campaign context and CRM history; coordinate with account owners.
• Execute outreach via phone, email, and professional social channels; tailor messaging to buyer needs.
• Respond to inquiries within one hour; qualify and route to appropriate teams.
• Clarify problems, identify decision makers, and document next steps and timing.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and next actions for team handoffs.
