The ideal candidate offers 5+ years in IT project management, experience with EMR/CRM implementations, and strong communication skills. Remote collaboration is essential to coordinating sponsors, teams, and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience.
• PMP, Six Sigma, Agile training or certifications preferred.
• Clinical project management experience required.
• Imaging (radiology/cardiology) experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management in health IT.
• Hospital or health system IT environment background.
• Experience with EMR or CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on project management across executive and department levels.
• Create and manage project plans and milestones.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategies into goals, tactics and deliverables.
• Ensure testing and acceptance with internal, business or clinical partners.
• Manage RAID logs and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Support operational readiness and transition plans.
• Drive day-to-day project operations and status reporting.
• Promote EMPO project management standards.
