Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing support experience.
• 1–2 years in outbound sales or healthcare enrollment in outsourced services.
• Strong sales orientation with needs-based conversations.
• Comfortable in performance- and incentive-driven environments.
• Experience with outbound dialer technology and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to build rapport with prospects.
• Knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes is a plus.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments and changing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective patients or members using a power dialer or similar calling technology.
• Engage prospects in sales-oriented conversations focused on enrollment and participation.

• Document call outcomes and enrollment status in the CRM system.
