Job summary

This remote role supports coding leadership with data, dashboards, and analytics to improve revenue cycle performance, quality, and efficiency.

The position requires an associate/bachelor degree in HIM or related fields, Epic/CAC proficiency, and 3+ years of data analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in health information management or health informatics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HIM/Health Informatics required.
• Epic certification or Epic reporting certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and routine reports.
• Translate coding and revenue cycle data into actionable leadership insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance and coding accuracy.
• Coordinate Epic CAC workflows, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Coding Leadership and stakeholders on reporting and process improvements.
