Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

• 3 years of project, timeline, and resource management experience.

• 3 years leading and mentoring small QA teams through all phases of the SDLC.

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and implement data-validation and automation tools.
• Understand healthcare data including claims, membership, provider, and care management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
