Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, and translate data-quality risks into business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will lead data testing strategy, oversee validation across complex data flows, and partner with executives to communicate quality status and risks in a healthcare transformation program.

• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and use test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand healthcare data including claims, membership, provider, care management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
