Qualifications

• 3 Years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3 Years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• 3 Years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC; coach QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data for healthcare programs.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate status to executives.
