Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will lead data testing strategy, oversee SQL/database validation, ETL and data-flow testing, and mentor QA staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects, timelines, and resources.
• 3+ years delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring QA testers and QA Leads across SDLC.

Responsabilités

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data and regulatory quality expectations.
• Identify risks, mitigate defects, conduct root cause analysis, and report to executives.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships and communicate quality status and business impacts to stakeholders.
