Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing projects, timelines, and resources.
• 3 years of delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• 3 years of leading and mentoring QA testers and Associate Quality Leads across SDLC.
• Experience in large healthcare transformation, data migration, or data warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL/migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients.
