FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with leading healthcare clients, either by augmenting client teams or designing and building analytics products within a FullStack product team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations, advanced English, and a four-year college degree. Deep healthcare data experience and strong SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data such as medical claims, enrollment, eligibility, or payer/TPA data.
• Strong SQL skills to join complex datasets and build analytical logic.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data security controls.
• Experience creating recurring analytical reporting and data dictionaries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data across claims, enrollment, eligibility, and payer data.
• Develop recurring analytical reports and metric definitions for clients and leadership.
• Investigate data issues and trace discrepancies through the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams to deliver data solutions.
