FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with top clients either as a team augmenter or on a FullStack product team to deliver data-driven healthcare solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, advanced English, a four-year degree, and strong SQL with healthcare data experience, HIPAA knowledge, and PostgreSQL/APIs. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Deep healthcare data experience (claims, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM).
• SQL expertise to join datasets and build analytical logic.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge and PHI handling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Team Augmentation: integrate into client teams and collaborate with designers/engineers.
• Design & Build: contribute to a FullStack product team delivering healthcare data solutions.
• Investigate data issues and ensure data quality and lineage across systems.
