FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with top clients in two modes: team augmentation or design & build on a FullStack product team.

Requirements include 5+ years in software/data roles, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Strong healthcare data experience and SQL skills are essential, along with HIPAA knowledge and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree completed.
• Deep healthcare data experience: claims, enrollment, or payer data.
• SQL to join complex datasets and build analytical logic.
• Data validation, reconciliation, and data quality workflows.
• HIPAA/PHI compliance knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to own projects and deliver commitments.
