Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our expert team. You will work with client teams either through team augmentation or on a full-stack product team to deliver analytics solutions in healthcare data domains.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, advanced English, a four-year college degree, and deep knowledge of healthcare data, SQL, and data quality processes. Remote work options and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year college)
• 5+ years of professional experience in software, data analysis, or data operations
• Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/TPA/PBM)
• Proficiency in SQL and joining complex datasets; building maintainable analytical logic
• Familiarity with healthcare data validation, reconciliation, data quality monitoring, and data operations workflows
• Understanding healthcare claims structures, terminology, and financial metrics (allowed, paid)
• Experience creating recurring analytical reporting, data dictionaries, and metric definitions
• Experience tracing data issues through stages of a data ecosystem
• Comfort with relational DBs (PostgreSQL) and file transmissions (SFTP, flat files, APIs)
• HIPAA compliance knowledge and PHI data security controls
• Ability to own and deliver; contribute to libraries as needed
• Ability to implement CI/CD and maintain deployment pipelines
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience working on large, complex systems
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation
• Ability to align with client goals and deliver commitments
