FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with leading clients either by joining their teams or on a FullStack product team, focusing on healthcare data, analytics, and data quality.

Requirements include 5+ years in relevant roles, advanced English, and a four-year degree. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, SQL proficiency, and experience with healthcare claims data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data including claims, pharmacy, eligibility, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM benefits.
• Expertise in SQL to join complex datasets and build maintainable analytical logic.
• Strong background in data validation, reconciliation, data quality monitoring, and data operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams as part of Team Augmentation or work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver solutions.
• Analyze healthcare data, develop analytical models, and create recurring reports and data dictionaries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of PHI across data workflows.
