Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with top clients, either by integrating into their teams or by contributing to a FullStack product team delivering analytics solutions.

You bring 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, and healthcare data experience, with strong SQL, PostgreSQL, and HIPAA knowledge. This role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and delivering high-quality analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Deep healthcare data experience (claims, eligibility, payer).
• SQL proficiency for complex joins and analytics.
• Healthcare data validation and data quality monitoring experience.
• Familiar with HIPAA and PHI.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams in team augmentation mode or work on FullStack product team to deliver solutions.
• Work with healthcare data including claims, eligibility, and benefits; ensure data quality and analytics.
• Develop recurrent analytics reports and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of work.
