Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to support clients either through Team Augmentation or Design & Build within a FullStack product team. You will work with healthcare data across claims, eligibility, and payer data, applying SQL to join datasets, validate data, and deliver reliable analytics solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, advanced English, and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

Five+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Deep healthcare data experience including claims, eligibility, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM benefits.

Responsibilities

Integrate into client teams or work on a FullStack product to deliver analytics solutions.
Create recurring analytical reporting, data dictionaries, and metric definitions for clients or executives.
Investigate data issues and trace discrepancies through stages of a data ecosystem.
Maintain CI/CD for applications and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling.
Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.
