Job summary

Continuum Global Solutions, LLC is seeking Project-Based Customer Service Representatives to support healthcare members and providers from a remote NC-based role. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and guide callers through options with empathy and professionalism.

The position offers paid training, hourly pay of $15.00 during training and $15.50 thereafter, overtime opportunities, and a remote work setup; however it does not include company insurance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional listener with problem-solving focus.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Healthcare call center or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to callers to understand concerns and build rapport.
• Provide accurate information on healthcare plan services and benefits.
• Guide callers through options and next steps professionally.
• Research questions across multiple systems while staying engaged.
• Follow procedures to resolve inquiries efficiently and compliantly.
• Document interactions thoroughly in the appropriate systems.
