Responsibilities include handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, following scripts, identifying needs, researching issues, and maintaining records in the company's database.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Must be able to work independently or with a team.
• Strong phone & verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Know all services and equipment offered by the company.
• Answer frequently asked questions by clients.
• Meet all call and appointment targets.
• Keep records of all contacts in the company database.
