Connect America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our company and clients. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, follow scripts, identify needs, research issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills; good listening and time management.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and handle data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Be able to answer frequently asked questions and meet call/appointment targets.
• Keep records of all contacts in the company database.
