Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Join Alorica as a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative. This full-time, work-from-home position offers $15/hr and is available in select states. You will assist customers, resolve issues, and support their needs with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer concerns and issues related to products and services
  • Documenting call details for auditing and reporting
  • Updating customer information as needed
  • Upselling new or enhanced services to existing customers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional and customer-oriented attitude

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Work in a private residence with a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable, minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload)
  • Equipment provided by Alorica may include a webcam
  • Ongoing use of phone and computer systems
