Job summary

Vaya Health is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the contract lifecycle and vendor management from a remote location. The role reports to the Contracting and Vendor Management Director and supervises a Contracts Specialist, coordinating with ISD, Finance, and the Legal Team to develop templates, draft and negotiate agreements, and track execution in the CLM system.

• Experience with or ability to quickly master client relationship management/vendor lifecycle software portal.
• Knowledge of contracting principles, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of healthcare market business practices.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop provider and vendor contracts using approved templates.
• Draft, negotiate contracts and amendments with external parties.
• Manage distribution, tracking and storage of contracts.
• Maintain CLM data accuracy and reporting.
• Provide training on contract requests and reporting features.
• Assist with procurement requests and vendor communications.
