Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management or healthcare operations.
• Medicare Advantage vendor management experience preferred.
• Strong contract management and negotiation support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: be the primary contact for vendors and conduct governance meetings.
• Vendor Performance Management: establish KPIs/SLAs and drive improvements.
• Contract & Financial Management: support negotiations and monitor cost effectiveness.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: ensure CMS/HIPAA/regulatory compliance across vendors.
• Risk Management and Change: assess risks and manage vendor-related changes.
• Cross-Functional Reporting: create dashboards and present findings to leadership.
