Job summary

Health Center Partners Family of Companies seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee the organization’s contract management program, ensuring review, negotiation, approval, execution, and maintenance of agreements across vendors, services, NDAs, data use, and subcontracts.

The role partners with leadership and subject-matter experts to ensure compliance with privacy, security, regulatory, and operational standards while supporting strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of contract management/administration experience.
• Experience managing negotiations and full lifecycle of contracts.
• Experience improving contract processes and reporting tools.
• Experience with healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the contract management program.
• Coordinate contract review, approval, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual obligations and deadlines and mitigate organizational risk.
• Develop and maintain contract management processes, templates, and reporting tools.
• Ensure privacy, security, compliance, and operational considerations are integrated into contracts.
