Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance across PACE programs. You will perform audits, monitor records, analyze data, and drive improvements in documentation and care delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytics, and collaboration with the compliance team and interdisciplinary staff. The position offers remote, full-time hours with schedules set in coordination with your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Able to analyze healthcare data for accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with audits, quality assurance or data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with PACE regulations is a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete recurring audits as defined by the Compliance Program.
• Conduct daily internal monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review Participant records for accuracy and plan directives.
• Audit documentation for regulatory and organizational standards.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to IDT members.
• Track corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and maintain data for reporting and analysis.
• Review data to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Prepare summaries and reports to support improvement efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and PACE requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Work with Compliance and interdisciplinary teams.
