Job summary

Redwood Coast PACE seeks a qualified Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Improvement Plan, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate CMS/DHCS audits. The role is integral to maintaining high standards of care for elderly participants in our PACE program.

Under the Director of Redwood Coast PACE, you will design and monitor QA activities, manage data analysis, and drive corrective actions across the organization. Collaboration with IDT and leadership is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Two years of experience in quality assessment and performance improvement.
• Experience with frail or elderly populations preferred.
• Two years of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates the Quality Improvement Plan.
• Acts as compliance/HIPAA officer for Medicare Part D.
• Coordinates with IDT and auditors for CMS/DHCS audits.
• Monitors compliance issues and prepares corrective action plans.
• Oversees annual QIP updates and reports to MAC, QIC, PAC.
• Ensures privacy and confidentiality of records.
• Supervises Medical Records Coordinator.
