Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead audits, develop and execute annual workplans, and coach auditors. The role emphasizes independent work, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration with service lines to mitigate compliance risks.

Remote position with travel to client sites as needed; 5-7+ years in healthcare coding/audits, CHC preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in Health Records Management or Medical Coding. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare, acute coding, compliance or audits.
• ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge for acute care.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and auditing standards.
• Certifications such as CHC or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on acute side.
• Analyze findings and develop actionable recommendations with MAPs.
• Create and maintain an Audit the Auditor program and training materials.
• Provide updates to Compliance leadership on audits and MAP outcomes.
• Maintain compliance audit records, reports, and dashboards.
