Job summary
One Senior Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Documentation Integrity Nurse to support accurate, complete, and compliant provider documentation for medically complex PACE Participants. You will review medical records to identify opportunities for documentation improvement, prepare neutral summaries, and educate providers within an evolving program.
Remote role with daytime hours; strong clinical judgment, CC-focused coding knowledge, and attention to detail are essential as you help build
Qualifications
- RN license active in applicable state.
- Experience in CDI or provider documentation or coding risk adjustment.
- Strong understanding of provider charting and documentation practices.
- Experience with PACE, geriatrics, or complex care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review records and reports to identify documentation opportunities.
- Prepare neutral clinical summaries for provider review.
- Educate providers and clinical teams on documentation completeness and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and best practices.
- Provide onboarding and coaching to Medical Assistants within the workflow.
