NeoWork, a specialty neurology practice in the United States, seeks a dedicated call center representative to support patient-facing phone operations, including scheduling, authorization, eligibility, and billing inquiries.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, verify insurance, update records in AdvancedMD, and escalate complex cases while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Remote work setup with PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in healthcare call center or patient services.
• Experience with insurance verification and eligibility checks.
• Knowledge of AdvancedMD preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and place patient calls for scheduling, authorization/eligibility, and billing questions.
• Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorization requests.
• Update patient records in AdvancedMD.
• Escalate complex cases to clinical or billing staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
• Document call outcomes and follow-up actions.
