Position: Remote Call Center Representative

We are looking for empathetic individuals passionate about helping others, capable of delivering comprehensive solutions for healthcare-related inquiries. As part of the Customer Experience team, you will assist customers with questions about their healthcare coverage. Our associates work in a supportive environment, and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Punctuality and dependability are key to our success.

The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST. Flexibility to work any time within these hours, including weekends, is required.

Training Duration: 7 weeks classroom training plus 2 weeks nesting.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage available from day one. Paid time off accrues after 180 days of employment.

Responsibilities include managing 30-40 systems and handling 25-40 calls per day, navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously, and maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

  • Overview of benefits enrolled in
  • Status of submitted claims

Requirements:

  • Complete customer service assessment & typing test successfully
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • At least 6 months customer service experience
  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance
  • Successful background check

Equipment & Workspace:

  • Company provides all equipment (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cord, power cables)
  • Home internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed (test via speedtest.googlefiber.net)
  • Must connect computer directly to home modem via Ethernet (satellite or wireless internet not acceptable)
  • Quiet, clutter-free workspace with no distractions during working hours
