Position: Remote Benefits Call Center Representative
Pay Range: $17.00/hr
Location: 100% Remote (select states only)
Schedule: Training: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST; Production: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm EST; Weekends off; Overtime may be required at peak times.

As a Benefits Call Center team member, you will assist customers by discussing employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and perks. You will handle incoming calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide excellent customer service.
