Job Details

Position: Remote Benefits Call Center Representative

Pay Range: $17.00/hr

Location: 100% Remote (select states only)

Schedule: Training: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST; Production: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm EST; Weekends off; Overtime may be required at peak times.

Role Overview

As a Benefits Call Center team member, you will assist customers by discussing employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and perks. You will handle incoming calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Typing proficiency and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with healthcare benefits (preferred)
• Ability to work shifts between 8AM-6PM EST, Monday-Friday
• Successful completion of training, background check, and drug test
• Must be 18+ years old
• Internet speed and connection requirements
• Reside in eligible states (list provided)
