Gainwell is hiring a Call Center Representative – Healthcare to support members with high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries about eligibility, claims, and services, and document interactions accurately.

This role is remote (must reside in Idaho), with 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday. It offers full-time employment, structured onboarding, and access to benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, or claims inquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to multitask and document while on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve inquiries related to healthcare services, eligibility, and claims, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Accurately document interactions in systems while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
