Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II for a remote, contract-to-hire engagement supporting Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing payer environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and drive solutions in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires strong SQL skills, Medicare/Encounter domain experience, and a proactive, collaborative approach to testing,

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and politely to schedule calls and move things along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
